Kendra was friendly and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. She met with my wife and I at our home and, after speaking with her for about an hour about our house selling goals, we never even considered going with another company. She gave us advice and suggestions on what to fix and move in order to show our home and we followed it to the letter. Sure enough, her advice paid off and we had an offer on our house after being on the market for 4 days and well above our asking price. From the showings, through every step of the closing process, she kept us informed and was very transparent about what was happening and what would happen next.
